I love these lads but they really don’t make things easy for themselves, or for us, do they? The idea of defending seems like the worst thing in the world for them. Genuinely. They look appalled at the idea of having to head the ball in their own box. Not that I’m arsed at this point of the season, but going into the next season, it’s the first thing that needs addressing. Not even the first ball, the second and third. Not even being dramatic, I think it needs an overhaul at the back. If they’re serious about winning, they need to bring lads in who want to defend (and can play more than 15 games a season).

The game was great for the neutral. VAR, horrendous mistakes, daft decisions, and a couple of decent goals. Quansah’s being the pick of the bunch. Great goal. Deserved to be the winner. Should have been the winner. Wasn’t the winner.

One more to go. It’s been tough viewing at times this season, and I can’t even pretend that I’m not absolutely ecstatic that the season is finishing in a matter of days. Lets hope they end it on a high. Not 100% sure they will though.
